Booking.com Did Not Disclose an Extra $100 Charge at Check-In
I made a reservation through Booking.com for a stay at the Holiday Inn in Miami for the dates 20–22 May. The total price shown on my Booking.com reservation was 350 USD. However, when I checked in, the hotel requested an additional 100 USD in “fees,” and I ended up being charged 450 USD in total. I have already forwarded all relevant documents and evidence, including the original Booking.com price details and payment information, to Booking.com support. When I contacted customer service, I was told that they would get back to me, but so far I have not received a clear solution or refund regarding this overcharge. I am requesting a full refund or a Booking.com credit of the extra 100 USD that I was charged beyond the confirmed reservation amount of 350 USD.
