Booking.com Payment Deducted but Reservation Not Confirmed

I attempted to make a reservation today at Whispering Pine Villa, Lansdowne, through Booking.com in the name of Richa S***, using the mobile number 8477876***. During the booking process, an amount of ₹20,000 was deducted from my Indian Overseas Bank account via GPay, but no reservation is showing in my Booking.com account and I have not received any booking confirmation. Since I have paid a significant amount and do not have any valid reservation or confirmation, I am very worried about the status of this payment. I contacted Booking.com customer support, but I did not receive a clear or proper response about either my booking or my refund, and the issue remains unresolved. I request that the situation be checked urgently, my missing reservation and payment be investigated, and my ₹20,000 either be promptly refunded to my original payment method or the correct reservation be confirmed and shared with me in writing.
