Nova Plaza Crystal Hotel Ignoring Refund Request for Months
This is my official complaint regarding Nova Plaza Crystal Hotel Istanbul. I requested a refund for a service for which I was charged in connection with my stay; however, my request has been completely ignored. Despite my repeated attempts to communicate over a long period of time, I have received no response from the hotel. My emails have gone unanswered, and no representative from hotel management or guest relations has contacted me regarding this matter. This situation is completely unacceptable. For a hotel that is listed on international platforms to entirely disregard the financial requests of its guests is highly unprofessional and creates a serious issue of trust. Although my refund request concerning the service I paid for is clear, no explanation has been provided, and the continued silence gives the impression that this matter is being deliberately ignored. I am posting this complaint publicly because I have been unable to obtain any result through private channels. I demand that the management take responsibility, clarify this situation, and process my refund. Until my issue is resolved, I advise anyone considering this hotel to exercise caution.
