Booking.com Vacation Rental Has No Air Conditioning or Ventilation

I booked a vacation home in Marysville, Washington through Booking.com for a week, from today until June 17, 2026. The total cost of the stay is around $880 including taxes and fees. We are currently staying at 74** 64th Street, Marysville, Washington. When we arrived, we discovered that there is no working air conditioning and there is no proper ventilation in the property. It is very hot, and this makes the stay extremely uncomfortable and difficult to endure, so we need immediate assistance. We have tried to reach Booking.com customer service by phone, but no one is able to get through to the customer service number, so we have not received any support or solution regarding this issue. In this situation, we request that we be moved as soon as possible to another suitable property for the same total price, around $880 including taxes and fees, for the remaining dates of our stay. We want to continue our vacation in a property that has working air conditioning and adequate ventilation, or we expect an alternative solution that fairly compensates us for this problem.
