Booking.com Charged for Western Key Hotel but No Booking Confirmation
I made a hotel reservation through Booking.com for Western Key Hotel in HSR Layout, Koramangala, Bangalore. On 16/06/2026, an amount of 1,217 rupees was deducted from my account for this booking. The reservation was supposed to be for a check-in date of 01/07/2026 and check-out on 02/07/2026. Despite the amount being debited from my account, I did not receive any booking confirmation, reference number, email, or SMS from Booking.com. Because of this, I am now unsure whether my stay is actually confirmed, even though the money has already been taken. I request that this issue be checked urgently, and I either receive my valid booking confirmation for Western Key Hotel for the stated dates or a full refund of the 1,217 rupees deducted from my account.
