Booking.com Lack Of Booking Conformation-disapointed

On 3 June 2026, I made a reservation for MK retreat in the United Kingdom via Booking.com and completed the payment with my debit card. The money was taken from my bank account, but I have still not received any booking confirmation by email or SMS, nor have I received any booking reference number. I tried to reach Booking.com by phone, but the telephone support is only AI and did not resolve my issue. I am now in a position where my money has been taken but I have no proof of booking or confirmation for my stay at MK retreat. I request that Booking.com urgently locate my reservation and send me the official booking confirmation for MK retreat, or otherwise clearly explain what has happened with this payment and ensure that my booking is properly confirmed.
