Booking.com Customer Support Failed During Lufthansa Schedule Change

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer support I experienced through Booking.com regarding my Lufthansa flight booking from New York to Warsaw, scheduled for June 20, under booking reference 4782345. After Lufthansa informed me about a schedule change on November 20, I urgently needed assistance to understand my options and decide on the next steps. On May 14, 2026, I attempted to contact Booking.com customer support, but the process was extremely frustrating and time-consuming. I had to spend a considerable amount of time in automated chat systems that kept directing me through the same steps without allowing me to reach a live representative, even though my situation was urgent. Only after a significant delay was I finally given a phone number and able to speak to a representative. During this contact, I was offered a free rebooking, including an extra legroom seat, which I accepted and completed. However, the lack of timely, direct access to a human agent caused unnecessary stress and made it much harder to manage an already challenging travel situation caused by the schedule change. I respectfully request that Booking.com review my booking and ensure that all details of my free rebooking with extra legroom are correctly confirmed and secured. In addition, I would like Booking.com to review and improve its customer service process so that customers facing schedule changes can reach a human representative much faster, especially in urgent cases where immediate and clear guidance is needed. I look forward to your response and a satisfactory resolution.
