Booking.com Request For Direct Human Assistance Due To Flight Schedule Change

I booked a flight through Booking.com from New York to Warsaw, scheduled for June 20, with the booking reference 4782345. When the airline changed the schedule, I urgently needed to understand my options and get clear guidance. On 14 May 2026, I tried to contact Booking.com support, but the process was extremely frustrating. I struggled for a long time to reach a real person, as the chat system kept me in automated loops and did not provide direct or quick access to a human representative. Only very late in the process did I finally receive a phone number to speak with someone, which caused unnecessary delay and additional stress at a time when I needed fast, clear assistance about the schedule change. This situation made an already stressful travel issue much harder to manage. I request that Booking.com provide me with direct access to a human agent to review my New York–Warsaw booking and clearly explain all my options regarding the schedule change. In addition, I urge Booking.com to improve its customer service processes so that in urgent cases like mine, reaching a real person is fast, straightforward, and does not require going through long, automated chat steps.
