Adidas Mağazasında Yanlış Ücretlendirme Ve Hızlı İade Talebi

On March 11, 2026, at 13:45, ı purchased a product called “Multi 2l Rain j” from the Adidas store in the Parndorf Designer Outlet in Austria. Although the product’s label price was €39, ı later noticed that €84 was charged to my card. I paid with the card ending in 6304, and the receipt number is 52373.

I'm a tourist and ı'm in Austria for a short time, and ı will return to my country on March 13, 2026. Therefore, it is very important for me that this incorrect charge is resolved as quickly as possible. I kindly request that the extra amount charged above the €39 label price be refunded to my card as soon as possible and that ı receive an apology for this mistake.

11.03.2026 tarihinde saat 13:45’te Avusturya Parndorf Designer Outlet içindeki Adidas mağazasından “Multi 2l Rain j” isimli ürünü satın aldım. Ürünün etiket fiyatı 39 € olmasına rağmen, daha sonra kartımdan 84 € çekildiğini fark ettim. Ödemeyi sonu 6304 ile biten kartımla yaptım ve fiş numaram 52373’tür.

Turist olarak kısa süreliğine Avusturya’dayım ve 13.03.2026 tarihinde ülkeme döneceğim için bu hatalı tahsilatın hızlı bir şekilde çözüme kavuşturulması benim için büyük önem taşıyor. Etiket fiyatı 39 € olan ürün için fazladan alınan tutarın kartıma en kısa sürede iade edilmesini ve yaşanan bu hata için tarafıma bir özür iletilmesini talep ediyorum.
