Twitch Hesabımda İzinsiz Bit Harcaması Ve İade Talebi

Twitch hesabımdan bilgim ve iznim olmadan bit harcaması yapılması nedeniyle mağdur olmuş durumdayım. 15 Temmuz sabah saat 10.15 civarında, ben uyurken hesabıma izinsiz giriş yapılmış ve Lefti_leftthegalaxy isimli kanala toplam 13.500 bit, yaklaşık 10.000 TL tutarında işlem gerçekleştirilmiş. Bu harcamayı ben yapmadım ve o saatlerde platformda aktif değildim.

Olayı fark eder etmez Twitch destek birimine durumu detaylarıyla ilettim, ayrıca işlemin gerçekleştiği kartın/bankanın Enpara Bank a. Ş. Olması nedeniyle bankama da başvurdum. Twitch hesabımın ve ödeme bilgilerimin bu şekilde kötüye kullanılmasından son derece rahatsızım

İzinsiz yapılan bu bit işlemlerinin iptal edilmesini, haksız yere çekilen tutarın tarafıma iade edilmesini ve hesabıma nasıl izinsiz erişim sağlandığı konusunda tarafıma açıklama yapılmasını talep ediyorum. Ayrıca benzer bir durumun tekrar yaşanmaması için hesabımın ve ödeme bilgilerimin güvenliği konusunda gereken tüm önlemlerin alınmasını istiyorum.

ı have been the victim of unauthorised Bits being spent from my Twitch account without my knowledge or consent. At around 10.15 a. M. On 15 July, whilst ı was asleep, my account was accessed without my permission and a Total of 13,500 Bits, amounting to approximately 10,000 TL, were spent on the channel named Lefti_leftthegalaxy. I did not make this transaction and was not active on the platform at that time.

As soon as ı realised what had happened, ı reported the matter in detail to Twitch Support; ı also contacted my bank, as the transaction was made using a card issued by Enpara Bank a. Ş. I'm extremely distressed by the unauthorised use of my Twitch account and payment details.

I demand that these unauthorised bit transactions be cancelled, that the amount wrongfully debited be refunded to me, and that an explanation be provided as to how unauthorised access to my account was gained. Furthermore, ı request that ALL necessary measures be taken to ensure the security of my account and payment details to prevent a similar situation from occurring again.
