If Uber charged you without your permission, check your Uber app to see what the charge is.
Find the transaction by going to the "Payments" or "Trips" tab and making sure it's not connected to a service or ride you forgot about. If you're still not sure, you can dispute the price.
Send a report through the Help Center (https://help.uber.com/). Pick out the trip or payment that you want to dispute, then pick "I was charged incorrectly" or a similar choice.
Give information about the charge that wasn't authorised, such as the date, the amount, and any screenshots that are important. Uber usually looks into complaints within three to five business days.
If the problem is still there, call your bank or credit card company to report the fraudulent transaction.
Chargebacks for fake or unknown charges are allowed by most banks, but it's best to try to solve the problem with Uber first.
If the problem remains unresolved, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to raise awareness about the issue and inform others.
