Hailuo AI Subscription Charges Continue After Cancellation Request

I had a subscription with Hailuo (Google Brasil Pagamentos LTDA / Hailuo AI Imag) and requested the cancellation on October 21. Even after this cancellation request, charges continue to be made to my account, including attempted automatic Pix debits, which is causing me a lot of inconvenience. I request the immediate cancellation of this subscription linked to my email address thiago.to***@gmail.com and that any future charge attempts be stopped.
