Uber Charges My Card $19 for a Ride I Never Authorized

I noticed a charge made on my credit card through the Uber app without my knowledge or permission. I saw that a total of $19 was withdrawn from my Yapı Kredi Bank credit card on 06/29/2026. I definitely did not make this transaction, and I did not authorize it in any way.
As soon as I noticed the situation, I immediately contacted my bank, had my card closed, and filed a dispute request for the unauthorized charge with reference number "1895001246." Despite this, I still haven't received a clear and satisfactory response from either Uber or the bank regarding the process.
What I expect from Uber is a thorough review of my account and transactions, the cancellation of this unauthorized payment that occurred on 06/29/2026, and a full refund of the $19 charge. I also request a clear, written explanation of how this transaction happened — specifically, whether there was a security breach or unauthorized access involved.
Afterward, I was asked for the company vehicle's license plate. By mistake, I provided the license plate of my own personal vehicle instead. This plate has no connection to the company.
