Free Fire Network Error Failed to Retrieve Account Data 2 on Realme C11

I play Free Fire on my Realme C11 device and since yesterday night I have not been able to open the game properly. When I try to log in, an error screen appears saying “ERROR – Network connection error – Failed to retrieve account data: 2” and only an “OK” button is shown. My internet connection works without any problem in other applications such as YouTube and WhatsApp, so the issue seems to be related only to Free Fire. Because of this error I cannot access my account and continue playing. I kindly request that my account access be restored as soon as possible and that this network error on my device be fixed. In addition, I request appropriate in‑game compensation for the time I have not been able to play due to this problem.
