On September 18, 2025, around 7:00 PM, I requested a taxi through the Uber app using my bank card. The taxi drove right past me without stopping and continued on its way. I called the driver twice, but my calls were declined, and I couldn’t reach him. Less than ten minutes later, ₺400 was charged to my account.
I immediately reported the issue to Uber live support. They said they would investigate and get back to me. The next day, I received a message saying that a refund had been issued, but even after a week, no refund has appeared in my account. In addition, I am no longer able to file another complaint regarding this ride. I tried sending a message through another complaint ticket, but I received no response there either. I opened yet another request asking Uber to confirm where the refund was sent, but again I received no reply.
In the app, the fare for the ride initially appeared as ₺400, but after I filed a complaint, it dropped to zero. Still, no refund was issued to my bank card. I request that the fare be refunded to my account immediately and that I be provided with clear information regarding this issue.
