Transaction Without My Knowledge And Permission

I am writing regarding an unauthorized transaction that was deducted from my GCash account and my unsuccessful attempt to get a refund. On October 18, 2026 at around 6:01 AM, an amount of ₱699.00 was deducted from my GCash account for a transaction to “HONGKONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED” without my knowledge and without my permission. I did not authorize any subscription or payment to this merchant and I was not aware of any ongoing subscription that would charge this amount. As soon as I noticed the deduction, I contacted GCash Help Center and requested a refund for this unauthorized ₱699.00 transaction. My concern was handled under reference number 388504447. However, instead of assisting me with a refund, GCash support only told me to contact HONGKONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED directly regarding the subscription and refund request, and did not process any reversal on their side. I am very disappointed that an unauthorized transaction was able to go through my GCash account and that GCash refused to refund me and only directed me to the merchant. I am requesting that GCash conduct a proper investigation on this transaction, secure my account against similar unauthorized charges, and process a full refund of the ₱699.00 that was deducted without my consent. I kindly ask you to review my case again and inform me of the result and the refund process as soon as possible.
