Uber Charges More Than the Fare Shown in the App Before My Ride

On 06/28/2026, I called an Uber taxi to go from central Kemer, Antalya to the Kemer Bus Terminal. Even though the app displayed a discounted fare range of $4–$5 for this ride, $5 was ultimately charged to my card at the end of the trip.
I immediately reported the situation to Uber customer service. Despite this, instead of receiving a refund to my card, only a $1 coupon was applied to my account. I'm not asking for a coupon or an in-app discount — I want a full refund of the amount overcharged to my card.
I can also provide screenshots of the in-app fare screen and my bank card statement as evidence. I want the overcharged amount refunded to my card and a clear explanation regarding the fare discrepancy.
