Uber Charged 100 TL for Canceled Ride in Izmir, Refund Not Received
On September 24, 2025, I requested a car through the Uber app in Çiğli, Izmir. After waiting a long time with no cars available, I had to cancel my request. However, despite canceling and not getting a ride, ₺100 was charged to my card. I also did not receive any warning in the app about a possible cancellation fee.
I had experienced a similar issue before, and in that case the charge was refunded quickly. This time, however, the ₺100 has still not been refunded. I also couldn’t find any phone number in the Uber app to directly reach customer service. The payment was taken from my Enpara card.
I request that the wrongly charged ₺100 be refunded to me as soon as possible.
