On September 22, 2025, at 11:23 PM, two separate charges of ₺233 and ₺5.80 were made from my Uber account without my knowledge, totaling ₺238.80. At that date and time, I definitely did not take any ride. My account is solely mine and has never been shared with anyone else.
Since noticing the issue, I have been writing to Uber customer service through the app for about a week. However, I was only told that my account was blocked, and no solution or refund was provided.
I demand that the amounts withdrawn without my approval be refunded to me immediately.
