Uber Family Profile Not Applying Promotions - Full Fare Charged Every Ride
On 17/11/2025, my wife and children used the Uber Taxi service through my family profile, using their own accounts while the payment was charged to the credit card registered on my Uber account. However, none of the discounts or promotions available on my account were applied to these trips. My credit card is continuously charged the full fare without any discount. This issue occurs on every ride, and I have not been able to find out what needs to be done to ensure that the promotions on my account can also be used by the other members in my family profile. I contacted Uber customer support regarding the matter, but I have not received any response yet. I request that the discounts be applied retroactively and that the necessary adjustments be made so that family profile users can benefit from the promotions as well.
