Uber Wrong Charges, Missing Refund And No Customer Support

I used Uber in Istanbul, Türkiye, and encountered serious billing problems that have not been resolved because there is effectively no accessible customer service. For a cancelled ride, I was charged ₺450. For two days, the app clearly showed that this amount would be refunded, but when I checked again later, the app stated that no charge had been made and therefore no refund would be issued. This is not true, as ₺450 was taken from my account and I have the transaction receipt to prove it, yet the money has not been refunded.
On the same day, after this cancellation, I ordered another taxi through Uber. For this ride, ₺454 was charged. The driver personally told me that he would not charge his own bridge fee and entered the trip into the system accordingly. Despite this, I later saw that a ₺47 bridge fee was added, and the actual trip cost was ₺438, meaning the ₺16 difference was also not refunded.
In other words, ₺466 has not been returned to my account, and an extra ₺47 bridge fee was charged. In total, Uber should refund me ₺513. I tried to resolve this through Uber’s support channels, but the only option in the app and on the website is a limited bot. You can only choose from predefined inputs, and in my case there is no option that fits the problem, so I cannot even properly explain what happened. There is no way to enter a manual description, no real customer representative, and no support email that I could find. For a company of this size, this level of customer support is, in my experience, the worst I have ever seen.
I request that Uber urgently review these transactions, refund the full ₺513 to my account, and provide a clear explanation of how these incorrect charges and the lack of support occurred.
