Unfair Overcharge by Uber

I would like to report a serious issue regarding my recent trip from Zincirlikuyu to Bağcılar. The Uber app showed an estimated fare of approximately ₺650, but the driver manually entered ₺6,500 on the taximeter, claiming it was due to a “night tariff.” This amount is ten times higher than the correct fare and clearly an abuse of the system. Such behavior is a violation of Uber’s pricing policy and local transportation regulations. Charging passengers artificially inflated fares under false pretenses is fraudulent and unacceptable. I kindly request Uber to investigate this matter, ensure I am charged the correct fare, and take strict action against this driver to prevent such misconduct in the future.
