If Testora charged you after a “free” IQ test trial, it usually means the trial automatically converted into a paid subscription when it wasn’t canceled in time.

Follow these steps to cancel and try to get a refund:

Check your subscription and billing details;

• Log in to your Testora account
• Go to Account Settings → Subscriptions
• Confirm the plan and billing date
• Screenshot the active subscription and charge

Cancel the subscription immediately;

• In your account, select Cancel Subscription and confirm
• You should receive a cancellation confirmation email after completing the process.

If you subscribed through another platform:
• Google Play: Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → Cancel
• Apple: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Cancel
• PayPal: Settings → Payments → Automatic Payments → Cancel.

Contact Testora support to request a refund;

I agreed to pay 1.98 cents, but I have been charged approximately $600. Please cancel my subscription, as I did not subscribe.
