Testora Subscription Cancellation and $11.52 Refund Request

I have a subscription with Testora that I wanted to cancel today. I do not know exactly which plan it is, but I noticed that there is an active subscription and a recent charge made through TESTORA-TRAIN-IQ. On the same day that I decided to cancel, a payment of 11.52 USD was taken from my Tremendous prepaid card, as shown in the attached screenshot, and my card balance was reduced. I had not been informed clearly about any upcoming renewal and I had not intended to continue this subscription. I request that my subscription with Testora be cancelled immediately, that the last payment of 11.52 USD be fully refunded to my card, and that I receive a written confirmation email that the subscription has been closed and that no further charges will be made.
