Peugeot 2008 Engine Failure at Just 13,500 Kilometers

My 2025 Peugeot 2008 Allure broke down on Friday, October 16, 2026, at just 13,500 kilometers, displaying an engine fault warning and leaving me stranded on the road. The vehicle was transported by tow truck to the authorized Göral Konya Yolu service center.
At the service center, I was informed that the throttle body was defective. Initially, I was told that obtaining the replacement part could take up to one month. Although my vehicle was taken to the service center on Friday, I had to make considerable efforts to obtain information myself, and I was only able to get an update on Monday. At that point, I was told that the part could actually arrive within one week. Despite these conflicting statements about the expected delivery time, I was not provided with a replacement vehicle, and no effort was made to address the inconvenience I was experiencing.
I was subsequently told that my vehicle would be ready for delivery today. However, I was then informed that the part had still not been supplied and that the repair process would be delayed again. My vehicle has now been at the service center for approximately two weeks, and the lack of a replacement vehicle has caused serious disruption to my daily life.
Although my vehicle is still under warranty and the repair is supposed to be covered, I am deeply disappointed that a vehicle with such low mileage has broken down and that the repair process has been handled without transparent, consistent communication or the provision of a replacement vehicle. This experience gives me the impression that Peugeot is failing to stand behind its product and is leaving its customer to bear the consequences.
I request that the repair process be expedited immediately, that I receive clear and regular updates about the status of the repair and the availability of the replacement part, and that Peugeot provide a replacement vehicle or an appropriate alternative solution to compensate for the inconvenience I have suffered.
