Testora IQtest Recurring Subscription Charged Without Consent

I am writing regarding unauthorized charges taken by Testora IQtest for an online IQ subscription linked to the email address mrsr***[email protected], belonging to Michelle R***. We have been charged 57 dollars in June 2026 and another 57 dollars in July 2026, even though no clear information or authorization was given for a recurring paid subscription. At no point was it made clear that taking the IQ test would result in an ongoing paid subscription, nor did Michelle knowingly agree to such a subscription. The payments have therefore been taken without proper consent, and we consider these charges unauthorized. We have tried to contact Testora IQtest customer service, but the email address we found is not working and all emails are returned as undeliverable, so we have been unable to reach anyone to resolve this issue. I request that the online IQ subscription be immediately cancelled, that the account be removed, and that the full amount of 114 dollars charged in June and July 2026 be refunded as soon as possible.
