Unable to Cancel Testora IQ App Subscription After Unexpected Charge

I recently discovered that I had been automatically enrolled in a subscription with testora-iq-app after taking a test, without clearly understanding that I was signing up for a paid recurring service. Today my phone was charged $39.98, and I have not been able to find any clear way to cancel this subscription. Within the app and on any related pages I checked, there is no visible or accessible cancel button, and I could not find a phone number or proper contact information for support. Because of this, I am stuck paying for a service I do not wish to use and cannot cancel. I contacted my financial institution about the $39.98 charge, but they told me they are only the financial intermediary and have no information about the merchant, so they could not help me resolve the issue or stop future charges. In this situation, I request that my subscription with testora-iq-app be immediately cancelled, that the $39.98 charged to my phone be fully refunded, and that I receive clear written confirmation that my subscription has been terminated and that I will not be billed again in the future.
