Cancel Testora IQ Subscription ASAP

I started a Testora IQ trial subscription via the iOS app on April 9, 2026, using my email account through Google. I no longer have the app on my phone and cannot locate it, but I want to cancel the subscription immediately. On April 10, I replied to an email from Testora stating clearly that I wanted to cancel my subscription, but I have not received any response so far. I am concerned that my trial will renew and I may be charged even though I have already requested cancellation. I request that my Testora IQ subscription linked to my email be cancelled immediately and that I receive written confirmation that it has been cancelled and that I will not be charged. I also expect clear information on how to reach a live support representative if any further action is required on my side.
