Testora Free Trial Turned Into Unauthorized Subscription Charge

On June 28, 2026, I was charged $39.98 via Apple Pay on my PNC Bank Visa card by the Testora website for a subscription that I did not knowingly authorize. I had only signed up for a free trial and at no point was I clearly informed about any paid renewal terms, pricing, renewal date, or cancellation conditions. Because I did not consent to this paid subscription and the conditions were not transparently presented to me, I consider this charge unauthorized. I request a full refund of the $39.98 and the immediate cancellation of any active subscription linked to my account so that no further charges are made without my explicit approval.
