Bibox Has Delayed My USDT Withdrawals Since April 2024

I have been using the Bibox platform with the user ID 20786055. In April 2024 I requested USDT withdrawals on the TRC20 network, but my withdrawals have not been processed for a very long time and I am still waiting. The withdrawal history in my account clearly shows these USDT withdrawal attempts and the fact that they have not been successfully completed. Regarding this problem, I contacted Bibox customer support multiple times. Each time I received only the same answer that the issue was forwarded to the technical department, but no real solution was provided and my withdrawals are still not completed. I request that my pending USDT withdrawals on the TRC20 network be processed as soon as possible and that the funds be successfully withdrawn to my external wallet. If this is not possible, I request that the full USDT amounts be returned to my Bibox account without any loss.
