Testora Subscription Cancellation And Refund Request
I registered on the Testora platform for an IQ test and made a one‑time payment for a trial version on 03.04.2026. I was convinced that it was a single payment related only to taking the test and I did not intend to use the service after the trial period. However, on 10.04.2026 my debit card was unexpectedly charged 110,96 PLN (29,99) without my explicit consent to any recurring subscription. I was not aware that additional fees would be charged, and I did not agree to continue the service on a subscription basis. After completing the IQ test, I did not log in again and did not use the service further. I am using the service from Poland and my account is registered with the email address: B***[email protected]. I have not been able to find how to cancel the subscription through the website or application, so I consider it to still be active against my will. I have also not yet contacted customer service directly regarding this issue. I kindly request the immediate cancellation of any subscription linked to my account, a full refund of the 110,96 PLN charged on 10.04.2026, and written confirmation that no further charges will be made to my debit card.
