Cancel Testora IQ Subscription and Refund $56.30 Charges

I am writing regarding an unwanted subscription and charges related to a Testora IQ IQ test, which have been taken from my account via Step Pay. I never knowingly subscribed in the first place, yet I have been charged a total of $56.30 for this service. On 25 April 2026, I noticed the charge and tried to cancel it immediately, but despite this, the payments continued, and I have not been able to stop them. I cannot afford these deductions, especially for a service I did not intend to subscribe to. I contacted customer service and was informed that I should get in touch with Testora IQ directly to cancel and request a refund, as they claim I did not subscribe through them. I am stuck between the parties and still being charged, even though I clearly do not want this subscription. I kindly request that this unwanted subscription be cancelled immediately and that the total amount of $56.30 already charged be fully refunded to me, as I did not intentionally subscribe and have been trying to cancel since I became aware of the charges.

I unknowingly subscribed to the service and was charged $35.30. I did not authorize this charge, as I do not have the money for it.

The charge was $56.30. I previously wrote the wrong amount.
