I Never Approved A Testora IQ Subscription But Was Charged Anyway
I used the Testora IQ application only once for trial purposes. Even though I never created a membership, approved a subscription, or authorized any recurring payment, I later discovered that a large amount of money had been withdrawn from my credit card without my knowledge or consent.
I accessed the application through a link that appeared on Instagram using my Android phone.
On April 29, 2026, approximately $43 was charged from my GARANTİ credit card ending in 4019 under the name “Testora IQ App” without my permission or awareness.
Although I entered the application only for a one-time trial/test experience, I never started, approved, or agreed to any paid subscription or recurring billing service.
In addition, I could not find any proper communication channel, support form, or customer representative on the Testora IQ website through which I could submit my complaint or resolve this issue, leaving me in a difficult and frustrating situation.
I request that this unauthorized transaction be urgently investigated, that all memberships or subscriptions started using my information through the Testora IQ application be canceled immediately, and that the full approximately $43 charged from my credit card on April 29, 2026, be refunded to me completely and without delay.
