Testora IQ Charged My Card After Cancellation - Account Deletion Request

I completed a free IQ test through a Testora IQ link on Facebook and later canceled my subscription via the app about two weeks ago. Despite this cancellation and the fact that I do not have an active account anymore, on 10 June 2026 at 17:17 a payment of $51.28 was taken from my bank card without my consent. I sent an email to Testora about this unauthorized charge. On top of that, I now have to cancel my new bank card because of this situation, which will also cause additional cost and inconvenience to me. I find it unacceptable that I am being charged after cancellation and that I have to deal with extra steps to protect my finances. I request that the $51.28 taken from my bank card be fully refunded as soon as possible, that my Testora IQ account be permanently deleted, and that I receive written confirmation that both the refund and account deletion have been completed.
