I have been using a monthly Testora Pro IQ subscription, which costs 35.46 USD per month, and I have been trying to cancel it since January 2026. Despite my repeated attempts to cancel, the subscription continues to be charged and I am still being billed every month. I believe I may have purchased the subscription through Google Play, but I am not completely sure. I live in Rocky Mountain House, Alberta, Canada, and these charges are being taken from my account even though I cannot access or use the app at all. In other words, I am continuously paying for a service that I cannot log into or benefit from. I tried to reach out for support regarding the ongoing charges and my inability to access the app, but I have not received any response. This situation makes me feel that money is being taken from my account without my consent and without providing the service I paid for. I request that my Testora Pro IQ subscription be fully cancelled without any further charges, that the unauthorized charges since January 2026 be refunded, and that I be informed in writing when the cancellation and refund have been processed.
