-I am writing regarding an unwanted automatic renewal of my Testora IQ subscription on 4/25/2025, for which I was charged 39.99 USD without my clear consent or intention to continue the service. After noticing this renewal, I attempted to cancel the subscription and request a refund, but your application froze during the process, and I could not complete the cancellation or submit my request properly. Because the renewal was not intended and your app prevented me from managing my subscription as needed, I am requesting a full refund of the 39.99 USD and the complete cancellation of the subscription, including the deactivation of any future automatic renewals. I expect this issue to be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
