Testora is A Total Scam
I purchased a one-week subscription from Testora today through their official website, right after seeing a clearly displayed “30-day money back guarantee” statement on the screen before payment. This guarantee is also stated in the legal information on their site, so I completed the payment with the understanding that I could request a refund within 30 days if I was not satisfied. I paid using my PNC Bank debit card. After deciding to cancel, I requested a refund in line with the 30-day money-back guarantee. However, a representative named Dymetri told me that they do not give refunds at all. This completely contradicts the guarantee they advertise on their site and the message shown to me right before I paid, and I feel misled and scammed. I also contacted Testora via their WhatsApp live chat, but I still have not been given a refund despite the clear 30-day money-back guarantee claim. I request that my one-week subscription fee be fully refunded in accordance with the guarantee they publicly display, and that the company be held accountable for this misleading practice so that other customers are not deceived in the same way.
