Testora Subscription Cancellation: Stop Recurring Charges After IQ Test

I recently used Testora IQ analysis service with the clear intention of using it only once and not subscribing to any recurring plan. While going through the process, I realized that the system appears to be turning this into an ongoing subscription, which I absolutely do not want. At this stage I am requesting that my subscription be cancelled immediately, before any recurring charges are made to my account. I only consented to a one‑time use of the IQ analysis service and I do not wish to continue or be billed further. I kindly ask you to cancel this subscription without delay and to confirm that no additional payments will be taken from my card in the future.
