Testora Results And Cancellation

A few days ago I completed an IQ Test on Testora’s website. After finishing the test, I did not receive any test result, confirmation email or clear information about a subscription. However, on 14 July 2026 a charge of 39.98 USD was taken from my Navy Federal Credit Union account by “TESTORA: IQ TEST” as a subscription fee, even though I was not clearly informed about this or did not knowingly approve an ongoing subscription. I only have the transaction record with the ID 9N7530716L3048738. I request that my IQ test result be sent to me without further delay, my subscription be cancelled so that no further payments are taken, and that this situation be reviewed and corrected if there is any other active subscription linked to my information.
