Testora Restoration IQ Took Money Out Of My Bank Without My Consent

I recently signed up for a Tesora trial through their mobile app and cancelled it on June 14, before any payment was due. Despite cancelling the trial, I came home on Sunday and saw that a charge of 39.98 was taken from my account via my Mastercard, which I did not agree to and did not authorize. I feel misled and consider this charge unfair, as I clearly cancelled during the trial period and was not informed that I would still be billed. I request that the 39.98 taken from my Mastercard be fully refunded and that my account and any subscription associated with Tesora be completely cancelled so that no further charges are made without my consent.
