Cancel Testora-iq-app Subscription Immediately

I am being charged on my FNB bank credit card for a service called “Testora-iq-app” that I never knowingly subscribed to and I want this to stop immediately. On 12 March an amount of R338.78 was reserved on my card, and on 11 April another amount of R675.71 was reserved for Testora-iq-app, even though I did not authorize or agree to any such subscription or purchase. I contacted FNB about these transactions, but they informed me that they could not help me resolve the issue. I have also tried to reach Testora, but I have not received any reply so far, and the charges continue, which is causing me financial loss and frustration. I request the immediate cancellation of any Testora-iq-app subscription or service linked to my bank credit card and a full refund of all amounts charged without my consent. I also ask that no further debits or reservations be made to my card by Testora-iq-app in the future, and that written confirmation be provided to me as proof that the subscription has been cancelled and all refunds have been processed. I furthermore request a clear written response to this complaint within 5 working days.
