Binance Account is Blocked For Over A Month. Case ID 151585679
My Binance account has been restricted for more than six weeks, and I still have not received a clear explanation. I can log in to my account, but I am completely unable to buy, sell, or withdraw any funds. The first message I saw was “suspicious activity detected,” and later this changed to “re‑verification”, although I was not asked to upload any additional documents. I am a user registered in Poland, and my full KYC verification was completed more than three years ago, long before this issue began. I became aware of the restriction on 8 November, and since then, my account has remained limited without any detailed information about the reason. I contacted Binance support via the in‑app chat and opened a case with the ID 151585679, but I have not received a satisfactory, concrete explanation or a solution. I am requesting from Binance a clear written explanation of why my account was restricted and on what basis this decision was taken. If, after review, there are no legal or security obstacles, I also expect the immediate unblocking of trading and withdrawals on my account so that I can use my funds again.
