BC.Game Marked My Account as “At Risk” and Blocked Access Without Explanation

I am a user of the BC.Game platform and I am writing regarding a problem with my account registered with the email address imronaelah1**@gmail.com. On 13 December 2025, I suddenly could no longer use my account because it was marked as being at risk. Since then, I have not been able to recover or properly access my account, and I have not yet received a clear explanation from the system about why it is considered risky. I also have not taken any special recovery steps yet, because I am unsure which way is correct and effective. I kindly request that BC.Game review my account and restore normal access, remove the “risk” status if possible, or at least provide a clear and detailed explanation of the reason and what I need to do to resolve it. I would like this issue to be resolved as soon as possible so that I can safely use my account again.
