The products sent by Temu are all low-quality and broken. I waited for weeks, and more than half of the items I received are essentially trash. The products are poorly made; I ordered two fishing reels, and both arrived broken. Now, they are asking me to return the broken items, which feels like adding insult to injury. They imply a 100% credit refund, but this is misleading advertising. In reality, they only provide 400-500 credits, which amounts to a 50% refund and doesn’t cover the value of what I lost. I will never buy from Temu again. More than half of the items I ordered arrived incomplete, and the entire experience has been a waste of time and money. Neither the seller is refunding my money nor is Temu offering any assistance.
