Temu Tricked Me With Fake Linen Car Product and Misleading Campaigns

I ordered a few products from Temu. In order number PO-203-20996572923431971, I purchased 4 items, and I had a serious issue with one of them. The product was labeled as "linen-textured," but what I received was a low-quality polyester item that didn’t fit the car’s dimensions and had a strong plastic odor. The term “linen-textured” is misleading. Moreover, I couldn’t return this specific item through the system.
Here are the other issues that bothered me:
Quality Issues: Although the products appear functional, most of them are of third-class quality. It’s extremely difficult to find a high-quality item. If you allow notifications in the mobile app, they constantly push “offers” that expire in 10, 30, or 60 minutes, pressuring you to make a quick decision. You end up purchasing items without fully understanding their features or reading the reviews. Whether the product works or not becomes clear only after it arrives—by then, it’s too late.
Surprise Offers and Ethical Concerns: These limited-time offers only apply to certain purchase amounts and encourage continuous shopping, which I find unethical.
Misleading Credit Refunds and Gifts: The promised gifts and cashback are only available on the 2nd, 3rd, or even 6th purchase. You only realize this at the end of the process.
Campaign Traps: After purchasing 30 items, they send you a “special offer.” You select 2 items for free, and then they say, “Let us give you 2 more,” making it four. Confetti and fireworks appear, and you’re “crowned” as a VIP. Then they ask you to share the campaign on social media (WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). After one person installs the app via your link, it says “99.9% complete,” and for every additional 0.01%, they ask for another person. Eventually, you give up, and the promised gift stays with Temu. Despite sharing the campaign everywhere and getting people to install the app, you get nothing in return. They also give you a 1-day deadline, which wastes your time.
Customer Support: It used to be possible to talk to real agents, but now only AI replies, and it doesn’t meet your needs.
Temu’s sales and marketing strategies rely on AI-driven psychological manipulation. I find these misleading and unethical practices extremely concerning.
