On June 16, I placed an order on the Temu app for a 16,000pa cordless vacuum (Order No: PO-203-19064716780152956). The delivery information stated that it would be shipped by road and take about a month, which I accepted. However, on July 23, while I was out of town, the package was left at my address in Bartın Merkez. When I returned and opened the box, instead of the powerful vacuum I ordered, I found a small, weak handheld vacuum that looked more like a toy. Either the wrong product was shipped, or it was swapped during delivery, but in either case I should have received the correct item.

I reported the issue multiple times via the app—first to the bot, then to a customer service representative. Each time, I was told “a ticket has been opened, upper management will review it,” but no resolution was provided, and my requests were closed without action. Meanwhile, my return period expired because the representative kept stalling the process. In past purchases, Temu had offered reasonable solutions when issues arose, but this time I have been left completely unsupported and misled.

My primary request is to receive the 16,000pa cordless vacuum I originally ordered. If that is not possible, I demand a refund of the ₺1,239.52 I paid by credit card. I ask that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
