Temu Delivered Poor Quality and Used Products - Real User Review

I recently made my first purchase on Temu and received my order today. Unfortunately, I am deeply disappointed with the quality of the products. Many items do not match the advertised images, and one of the simplest items—a soap dish—arrived looking burned and used. This is unacceptable.

Out of the 8 items I purchased, only a few (a tape roll, picture holder, water bottle, and clothing item) are usable. The rest are completely useless. Temu clearly lacks quality control. Was anyone checking the condition of the products before shipping?

I paid 1696.38 ₺, including taxes, and what I received isn’t worth the amount spent. If Temu continues to operate like this, it will fail to gain loyal customers. I expect accountability and a resolution for this poor shopping experience.
