Temu Delivered Broken and Incomplete Order—Refund Needed Immediately

I ordered a socket wrench set from Temu, but my package arrived completely damaged, with missing and broken pieces. The ratchets were removed, and several parts of the set were missing entirely. I am beyond disappointed with the quality of service and the lack of care in packaging.

I trusted Temu as a reliable platform, but this experience has proven otherwise. The money I spent feels wasted on a product that is unusable. There has been no resolution or compensation offered for the damaged and incomplete delivery.

I cannot recommend Temu to anyone based on this experience. I demand a full refund immediately and for Temu to take accountability for ensuring proper packaging and delivery in the future.
