Temu Refused to Refund Taxes on a Poor Quality Sensor Wardrobe Light I Returned
I bought a sensor-based wardrobe illuminator using the Temu app. The product was of extremely poor quality and its package had previously been opened and torn apart. I initiated the return process and sent the product back. However, the amount of tax I paid was not included in the amount returned to me. The refund was made based on the amount I paid for the net product. When I objected to the situation, I received the following response: "Unfortunately, since the import fee deposit has been collected by customs, we regret to inform you that your current order is not eligible for the import fee deposit refund." I paid tax on the product I returned. Temu is regret. In addition to the poor quality of the products, they are not on the customer's side in terms of returns in any way.
