Temu Sent Defective Products, Didn’t Refund Customs Fee After Return
I recently placed an order through Temu, purchasing a massage device and a foot file. Unfortunately, both products arrived with serious issues: the massage device was defective, and the foot file was missing a key part.
I contacted Temu customer service, but they were unable to offer a solution. I was then told to return the items, which I did. While Temu processed the product refunds, they refused to refund the customs fee I had paid upon delivery.
This is unfair and deeply frustrating. The products were faulty through no fault of my own, and I returned them as instructed. I should not have to cover customs costs on defective or incomplete items—especially when the platform advertises hassle-free returns.
I demand that Temu reimburse the full amount, including the customs fee, and take accountability for the poor product quality and incomplete items sent to customers. I am officially filing a complaint and request this issue be resolved immediately and fully.
